LONDON, July 19 (UPI) -- Actor Andy Serkis, best known as Gollum in "The Lord of the Rings," will play a disfigured henchman in the British film, "Stormbreaker."

Serkis and Stephen Fry were added to the star-studded cast Monday, which also includes Mickey Rourke, Ewan McGregor, Alicia Silverstone, Ashley Walters, Sarah Bolger and Damian Lewis, the Hollywood Reporter said Tuesday.

"Stormbreaker" is based on Anthony Horowitz's series of novels about a reluctant teenage spy. The author also wrote the screenplay to be directed by Geoffrey Sax.
