No 'Hollywood Madam' for Kidman

July 19, 2005 at 3:42 PM   |   Comments

LOS ANGLES, Calif., July 19 (UPI) -- "Hollywood Madam" Heidi Fleiss says actress Nicole Kidman will not portray her on the big screen because she's too old.

Kidman was reportedly interested in the film based on Fleiss's life, but Fleiss said the Australian was deemed too old by the powers that be, MSNBC's The Scoop reported Tuesday.

"She'd have to play a 22-year-old, and she's nearly 40," Fleiss said. "I think she's amazing and could play a 22-year-old or whatever she wanted, but they said 'How about Hilary Swank?' and I said, great, fine, whoever. I would have said great, fine, whoever, if they had said Roseanne Barr. I stopped paying attention because I'm focusing on my future, not my past."

A representative for Kidman, however, denied she had been dropped and said the actress was no longer "even considering" playing Fleiss.
