LOS ANGELES, July 5 (UPI) -- "Herbie Fully Loaded" star Lindsay Lohan denied a report she encouraged a young man to jump from the balcony of her Los Angeles hotel into the pool below.
A witness told the New York Daily News Lohan spent the weekend in a $1,500-a-night suite, during which a male friend "partying with her" jumped from the balcony into the pool and "almost missed."

However, a spokeswoman for the actress told World Entertainment News Network Lohan was unaware of the incident.
"I've stayed at that hotel -- that never happened," the spokeswoman said Lohan wrote her in an e-mail.
