NEW YORK, June 3 (UPI) -- Managers of rocker Courtney Love's New York condo have filed a lien for $122,594 in unpaid charges and assessments.
According to papers filed last week with the city's Department of Finance, Love owes $29,761 in common charges plus a $1,000 late fee, dating from last July to May 10, the New York Post said Friday.

She has also failed to shell out $91,833 in building assessments as of April.
It's the third time building officials have gone after Kurt Cobain's widow since she paid $2.4 million for the 4,100-square-foot, loft-style apartment in 2001.
