LOS ANGELES, May 27 (UPI) -- Janice Dickinson is out and '60s superstar Twiggy is in for next season's "America's Top Model," the UPN TV network has announced.
Although UPN said Dickinson was leaving to "pursue other projects," the New York Post said Friday she and "Top Model" host Tyra Banks have not gotten along through the first four seasons of the popular reality show and Banks wanted a change.
Dickinson was the harshest and most outspoken judge on "Top Model," the Post added.
Britain's Twiggy was the original "waif," who set the standard for super thin bodies and super thick eyelashes during the '60s mod era.
"Top Model" Executive Producer Ken Mok said in a statement the contestants in season five will "benefit a great deal from her vast knowledge and expertise."
Dickinson, meanwhile, just finished taping VH1's latest version of "The Surreal Life."
