LOS ANGELES, May 21 (UPI) -- "American Idol" winner Fantasia will perform at a benefit for the Clothes Off Our Back Foundation in Los Angeles.

The Clothes Off Our Back Foundation, founded by actors Jane Kaczmarek, of Fox's "Malcolm In The Middle" and her husband, Bradley Whitford, of NBC's "The West Wing," raise funds to improve the lives of children across the globe by auctioning the clothes worn by celebrities at public events.

Dresses worn by Jennifer Garner, Joss Stone, Fantasia, Virginia Madsen, Tyra Banks, Minnie Driver, Sharon Stone and others will be part of a special event auction Thursday, with proceeds going to the Cure Autism Now Foundation.

The special celebration will also honor the 2005 Stylemakers of the Year, including the most influential celebrities, fashion designers, stylists and retailers.
