NEW YORK, May 12 (UPI) -- CNBC's prime-time shakeup has shaken Dennis Miller right off the air, it was reported Thursday.

Miller's last show will air Friday, according to a memo to staffers from CNBC President Mark Hoffman.

Miller's series, which airs at 9 p.m. EDT, is going to be replaced by an additional telecast of "Mad Money" with Jim Cramer.

Miller's show has had trouble attracting ratings and planned changes convinced the comedian to leave now, the New York Daily News said.
