LOS ANGELES, April 20 (UPI) -- A new play by former U.S. Labor Secretary Robert Reich is getting ready to open at Cape Cod's Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater, Daily Variety said Wednesday.
The play, "Public Exposure," is described as a political satire about a journalist and a plastic surgeon who try to persuade a right-wing TV anchor to run for president. The TV anchor's political prospects are complicated by his sex life -- he has a problem keeping his pants on.
Reich led the Labor Department during Clinton administration. This will be his professional debut as a playwright, but he has published 10 books.
"Public Exposure" is scheduled to run May 25-June 18.
