NEW YORK, April 12 (UPI) -- The U.S. cable television channel TBS previewed its slate of upcoming comedy projects Tuesday in New York City.
Former "Friends" star Courteney Cox Arquette, her actor husband David Arquette, and comedians Daisy Donovan and Pauly Shore, introduced the network's new shows during an event at Manhattan's Madison Square Garden that featured live performances by The Eagles and comedian Dane Cook.
Among the new Fall programs previewed were "Minding the Store," which chronicles Shore's attempts to get his mother's world-famous Comedy Store back on track while also boosting his own career, and "Daisy Does America," which follows British comedian Daisy Donovan as she hits the road to become an "all-American girl."
TBS also offered a glimpse at the second season of its hugely successful reality series, "The Real Gilligan's Island," which premieres June 8.
