LOS ANGELES, April 1 (UPI) -- Veteran shock rocker Alice Cooper says he'll revisit the guillotine for his upcoming release, "Dirty Diamonds" -- just to show he's serious.

Cooper told Rolling Stone the title track is an "epic" like "Halo of Flies" (1971).

"I tried to make it as cinematic as possible ... I think if this song had come out five months earlier, it would've been in the movie 'Sin City,' because it has that kind of mentality to it," Cooper told the magazine.

Cooper says there's no "filler" on the album and some of the songs are pretty funny. Take "The Saga of Jesse Jane," the tale of a cross-dressing truck driver."

His new live show, the "Dirty Diamonds Revue," will debut in Australia and Europe during the summer with Kiss drummer Eric Singer on hand.
