WASHINGTON, March 14 (UPI) -- The U.S. Federal Communications Commission Monday ruled Nicollette Sheridan's steamy introduction of ABC's "Monday Night Football" was not indecent.
A Memorandum Opinion and Order denied complaints alleging ABC affiliates aired indecent material during a Nov. 15, 2004, setup for "Monday Night Football" that had the "Desperate Housewives" star dropping her towel to lure a football player away from the game.

The FCC said in a statement Monday the scene was not sufficiently explicit or graphic to be deemed indecent.
