So how has prison changed Martha?

NEW YORK, March 2 (UPI) -- Fans and foes of Martha Stewart are watching to see if prison has changed her penchant for trying to get her U.S. company to pay her expenses.

Before beginning her five month sentence at the federal prison camp in Alderson, W.Va., Stewart tried to get Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia to pay for such "business expenses" as aromatherapy sessions and grooming for her dog, the New York Daily News said Wednesday.

During Stewart's trial last year, prosecutors accused her of trying to write off a stay at a luxury Mexican resort with a friend as a work expense.

Stewart, 63, leaves prison Sunday and will spend the next five months confined to her 153-acre estate in Bedford, N.Y., though she will be allowed to leave for as much as 48 hours per week for work, religious services, medical appointments and grocery shopping.
