'Candy Shop' by 50 Cent tops singles chart

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 24 (UPI) -- The "Candy Shop" by 50 Cent featuring Olivia claimed the top spot on Billboard's Hot 100 chart Thursday.

Green Day's "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" was second on the singles chart and Mario's "Let Me Love You" fell to No. 3.

"How We Do" by The Game rose to fourth place, while Ciara's "1, 2 Step," featuring Missy Elliott, slipped to No. 5.

Next was The Game's "Disco Inferno," with seventh place owned by Gwen Stefani's "Rich Girl," as Kelly Clarkson's "Since U Been Gone" rose to No. 8 and Usher's "Caught Up" jumped to No. 9.

"Lovers and Friends" by Lil Jon & the East Side Boyz rounded out the top tier after falling from No. 7 to No. 10.
