LOS ANGELES, Feb. 10 (UPI) -- Comedy legend Carl Reiner will get a chance to show his dramatic acting skills on ABC's "Boston Legal" in March.
Reiner, most recently seen in "Ocean's Twelve" and heard voicing a seen-it-all Vegas lion on "Father of the Pride," will guest-star on the March 13 episode of the series, Zap2it reports.
He'll play Milton Bombay, an old foe of Denny Crane (William Shatner) and Shirley Schmidt (Candice Bergen) who wants his body to be cryogenically frozen.
Reiner's career spans much of the history of network television, beginning in the late 1940s as a performer and writer on Sid Caesar's "Your Show of Shows" and "Caesar's Hour." He created "The Dick Van Dyke Show."
