George Clooney finally good to go

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 21 (UPI) -- Hollywood actor George Clooney says his recurring back problems are finally behind him.

Clooney sported a neck brace while promoting his latest film, "Oceans Twelve" and his rep told "Entertainment Tonight" he had been having trouble since undergoing spinal surgery last month.

Doctors found a spinal fluid leak causing Clooney's severe pain that had caused him to miss several appearances.

"I was losing spinal fluid through holes in my back, so I had surgery to cut out some bone to replace it and fix the holes," Clooney told "ET."

Back on his feet and raring to go, Clooney's next project is a spy thriller called "Syriana" with Matt Damon, Amanda Peet and Gina Gershon.
