PALM BEACH, Fla., Jan. 20 (UPI) -- The third wedding of reality TV star and businessman Donald Trump could turn out to be the most lavish U.S. wedding of the year.
Private interests have reportedly jumped on Saturday's matrimonial bandwagon -- offering everything from free flowers to a complimentary gourmet meal, the Boca Raton News reported Thursday.
Replica wedding rings are on sale for $700 each and engagement rings for $600. The real engagement ring cost $1.5 million and the jeweler says Trump paid full price.
The wedding gown for Malania Knauss is reported to cost $100,000 to $200,000. The 300 feet of satin includes 1,500 rhinestones and took 550 hours of labor just to do the embroidery.
The bride, a 34-year-old Slovenian model, said she will not carry a bouquet of flowers and will not have any bridesmaids.
The wedding will take place at the Episcopal Church of Bethesda By the Sea, and the reception at Trump's Mar-a-Lago club, which was named after second wife Marla Maples and is undergoing a temporary makeover for the event.
