Busboy claims Rodman dodging debt

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 2 (UPI) -- A busboy at Dennis Rodman's former restaurant says the controversial ex-NBA star owes him over $2,000 in back pay and he's determined to get it.

Jose Cruz Morales claims Rodman's Newport Beach restaurant, Josh Slocum's, never paid him overtime, "Celebrity Justice" said Thursday.

Morales said Rodman fired him with a barrage of foul four-letter words.

"I didn't really appreciate that because I was just doing my job and I was just there as an employee trying to make money, trying to make a living," he said.

Morales claims more than a year ago the Labor Relations Board ordered the restaurant to pay him $2,015 -- but Morales says he still hasn't seen a dime.

"I could basically come into the restaurant and take possession of $2,000 worth of beer, Crystal, steaks, shrimp, whatever they have that's worth $2,000," Morales said.
