LOS ANGELES, Nov. 18 (UPI) -- HBO mobsters Tony Soprano and Paulie Walnuts are visiting American troops in the Persian Gulf region this week, Entertainment Tonight reported Thursday.

James Gandolfini and Tony Sirico of the hit show "The Sopranos" sign autographs, pose for photographs and watch movies with troops as part of a USO/Armed Forces Entertainment tour to kick off the non-profit's annual holiday delivery of Hollywood celebrities to the war zone.

Wayne Newton, Tom Green and 50 Cent are among the celebrities the group has shipped to the area in the past year.
