Cheney taken to hospital

WASHINGTON, Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Vice President Dick Cheney was taken to the hospital in Washington Saturday suffering from shortness of breath, reports said.

White House Communications Director Dan Bartlett was quoted by CNN television as saying the breathing problem could be related to a cold and tests were being performed at George Washington University Hospital.

Additional details were not immediately available.

Cheney has a history of heart problems - four heart attacks since the 1970s.
