NEW YORK, Nov. 10 (UPI) -- Actress Salma Hayek says that like the ex-jewel thief she plays in the new comedy "After the Sunset" she has no trouble relaxing when she's not working.
Asked if she gets antsy in between jobs like her on-screen boyfriend played by Pierce Brosnan, does in the film, the Mexican beauty told UPI "No," adding with a laugh, "I'm good at working, but I'm very good at playing."
The "Frida" star said the "perfect scenerio" is when she finishes a project and has a few months off before starting something new.
"That is like heaven."
So, what does Hayek do in her spare time?
"I am free," she said, noting it is the simple things in life that give her the most pleasure. "One day I sit and watch five movies on television and do nothing but eat and watch the movies and the next day I take a trip. I have a farm and I love it there and there is really nothing to do there, but even watching the chickens is fun. They're funny and you have no assistant director saying, 'OK, it's time to get back!'"
