SPRINGFIELD, Mass., Nov. 10 (UPI) -- Rapper 50 Cent has pleaded innocent to assault charges arising from an alleged incident in Springfield, Mass., in which three women were injured.
50 Cent, born Curtis Jackson, reportedly jumped into the crowd at a Springfield summer concert after a spectator threw water at the rapper, AllHipHop.com reported.

50 Cent's attorney entered the innocent plea in a district court and a Feb. 8 pre-trial conference was scheduled.
The multi-platinum rapper is currently recording his second album, due out next spring.
