LONDON, Oct. 25 (UPI) -- The notoriously publicity shy Priscilla Presley has agreed to appear on live TV when the British Hall of Fame honors Elvis for his musical contributions.

Presley will attend the Nov. 11 finale of Channel 4's Hall of Fame series in London, where Elvis will be honored as one of five top international acts of all time, Britain's Mirror reported Monday.

Elvis, The Beatles, Bob Marley, Madonna and U2 have been elected founding Hall of Fame members because of their huge impact on the British music scene, the Mirror said.

Viewers voted on the entertainers from a short list of 10 artists from each decade.

Priscilla, who will accept the award on behalf of late singer, first met Elvis in 1959 when she was 14. The two wed in 1967 and divorced in 1973. Their daughter, Lisa Marie, is now 36.
