CHICAGO, Oct. 20 (UPI) -- A Chicago woman has filed a $650 million lawsuit claiming "Lord of the Rings" dancer Michael Flatley sexually assaulted her in Las Vegas.

Tyna Marie Robertson filed the complaint Tuesday in Chicago's U.S. District Court, asking that Flatley and his firm, Unicorn Entertainment, pay $150 million in compensatory damages and $500 million in punitive damages, the Chicago Tribune reported Wednesday.

Robertson alleges the sexual misconduct occurred in October 2002 while the Chicago real estate agent visited in Flatley's hotel suite for 15 hours.

The lawsuit is the most recent in a string of suits and countersuits that began in March 2003 when Robertson filed a $35 million suit in Lake County, Ill., Circuit Court.

Flatley countersued the same week with a civil suit in Los Angeles Superior Court accusing Robertson and her attorney, Dean Mauro of Waukegan, Ill., of extortion.

Robertson's original lawsuit was dismissed in September 2003 because it was not filed in the proper jurisdiction.

The woman said she met Flatley at a boxing match, where she gave the entertainer her phone number.
