Rocker Bill Wyman to stop touring

LONDON, Oct. 9 (UPI) -- Sixty-seven-year-old rocker Bill Wyman said he is quitting life on the road and his U.K. tour with the Rhythm Kings will be his last.

The London Mirror reported Saturday that the musician who left the Rolling Stones in 1993 said he wants to spend more time with his young family so while touring is out, be might still do some one-night live appearances.

"I have a young family... I am missing out on so much of their growing up," Wyman said on his Web site. "I'm a musician and I still get off on that. I have learned though that there's a lot more to life than just music."
