NEW YORK, Oct. 6 (UPI) -- Sean "P Diddy" Combs' ex-girlfriend has accused the hip-hop star of ignoring a court order to pay more than $400,000 in back child support.

Misa Hylton-Brim said Tuesday Combs still owes her $35,000 per month and $398,000 in back payments from an August court settlement regarding the couple's 11-year-old son, the New York Post reported Wednesday.

"He's thumbing his nose at the court and at my client. He hasn't adhered to the order for the past three months," said Brett Kimmel, Brim's attorney.

Comb's spokesman called the claim "absolutely not true," and added the entertainer is appealing the court order.

Brim sued Combs, who had been paying the stylist $5,512 a month in support since 2002, after the rap star settled with another ex-girlfriend, Kim Porter, for $35,000 monthly support for their child, Christian.

Westchester, N.Y., Family Court Support Magistrate Carol James ruled in Brim's favor in August, in what is believed to be the largest court-awarded child support order in U.S. history, the Post said.
