LOS ANGELES, Oct. 6 (UPI) -- Universal Pictures says it has changed the name of its new Dennis Quaid-Scarlett Johansson comedy "Synergy" to "In Good Company."

Also starring Marg Helgenberger, David Paymer, Clark Gregg, Philip Baker Hall and Selma Blair, the film about a 50-year-old businessman (Quaid) and his 26-year-old boss (Topher Grace) is written and directed by "About A Boy" and "American Pie" filmmaker Paul Weitz.

Johansson, fresh from her success in "Lost in Translation" and "Girl With a Pearl Earring" plays Quaid's 18-year-old daughter and Grace's love interest.

"In Good Company" comes to theaters this December.
