The "Fade to Black" will open Nov. 5. The film features performance footage as well as an exclusive, behind-the scenes look at the making of The Black Album, MTV.com reported.

"I was on the biggest stage in the world, with some of the biggest stars in music, and we pulled off the perfect night. This was the ultimate dream growing up in Brooklyn. I went from Marcy [Projects] to Madison Square," Jay-Z said in a statement.

"@radical was looking to get into hip-hop and I knew that Jay had this footage," added @radical.media consultant Rich Kleiman.

"So we brought the two together to recreate that magical night."

The film, narrated by Jay-Z, also features appearances by Beyoncé, P. Diddy, Usher, Missy Elliott, Pharrell Williams, Timbaland and Rick Rubin.
