'View' co-hosts defend S.E. Cupp over Hustler photo

NEW YORK, Oct. 1 (UPI) -- Rapper 50 Cent has been sued by a New York Post photographer for an alleged assault by the entertainer's bodyguards.
James Alcorn claims he was set upon and beaten by seven men working for the rapper, causing him to "suffer severe and serious injuries" as well as "mental shock and psychological trauma," "Celebrity Justice" reported.
The alleged incident occurred back in August 2003, after 50 purchased an $18,000 watch in Manhattan's diamond district.
Alcorn says he snapped a shot as the men left and they jumped him.
The rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, told "CJ," "When you got money, you got to go through this stuff."
