LOS ANGELES, Sept. 22 (UPI) -- Marilyn Manson is Jimmy Kimmel's most memorable guest, thanks to undetected lipstick stains the shock rocker left on the U.S. TV talk show host's forehead.
"He had a lot of red lipstick on, and what I didn't realize was there was a huge lip print on my forehead: big and red, like the Rolling Stones logo," Kimmel said at Rollingstone.com Wednesday about Manson's stint on "Jimmy Kimmel Live."
"And I went right to the airport, and people were looking at me ... I was on the plane for like two hours before I saw it in the bathroom. I thought I'd been wounded or something," Kimmel said.
Kimmel has set himself apart from the late night talk show crowd by hosting a who's who of musical guests and incorporating them into ABC's late night, offering a departure from the typical routine of placing musicians at the end of the show with little host interaction.
Lenny Kravitz, the Cure, Jason Mraz, Alanis Morissette and Jimmy Eat World are among the acts which have performed on Kimmel's outdoor Walkman Stage.
