Actress Tracey Gold arrested for DUI

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 14 (UPI) -- Actress Tracey Gold was arrested for alleged drunken driving after her vehicle ran off an embankment near Los Angeles, injuring her family.

The "Growing Pains" star was arrested Sept. 3 on suspicion of felony driving under the influence, according to the California Highway Patrol, "Entertainment Tonight" said Tuesday.

Around midnight Sept. 3, the sports utility vehicle Gold, 35, was driving rolled off an embankment, police said.

Gold's husband, Robby Marshall, was taken to a hospital with a cervical neck fracture. A 7-year-old boy was treated for a fractured clavicle and head lacerations and a 5-year old boy suffered cuts. A 4-month old infant, also in the vehicle, was uninjured.

Gold and all passengers were wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.

The actress was booked and reportedly released on $50,000 bail. She is scheduled for an October court date.
