'View' co-hosts defend S.E. Cupp over Hustler photo
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 13 (UPI) -- Actor Andy Dick testified Monday in a Los Angeles courtroom that in March he was assaulted outside a Hollywood nightclub.
"I got hit so hard I saw stars and blacked out," Dick said. "I have to get plastic surgery ... My nose broke."
Ross Friedman, the man accused of beating Dick, testified Friday that Dick's entourage stole Friedman's table and when he tried to get to get it back he said Dick taunted him for being an immigrant and then he was tackled by Dick's people with Dick saying, "Get him, get him, get him, kick his ass," Celebrity Justice reported.
Friedman said security pulled the people off of him and as he left Dick screamed at him and raised a fist to him, so he defended himself.
"I thought he was going to hit me," he testified.
