LOS ANGELES, Aug. 5 (UPI) -- Marilyn Monroe reportedly revealed during therapy that she and actress Joan Crawford had sex, but the film legend didn't enjoy the lesbian encounter.
Details of Monroe's sexual antics were recorded on tapes, information that has been kept secret until author Matthew Smith recently got access to the recordings for work on his book about the star, Britain's Sun said Thursday.
Monroe, on the tapes, reportedly said of Crawford: "I told her straight out I didn't much enjoy doing it with a woman. After I turned her down she got spiteful."
Monroe also talked about her disappointing sexual relationship with husband Joe DiMaggio.
"Marrying him was a mistake. He wasn't that interested," she said.
Monroe died in 1962 of an overdose at age 36.
