Janet eyes 'Dolls' role

NEW YORK, Aug. 5 (UPI) -- Janet Jackson is reportedly in talks to star in the remake of "Valley Of The Dolls" after Christina Aguilera turned down the role.

Aguilera recently rejected the starring role in the updated version of the 1967 film because she was busy on a new album, World Entertainment News Network said.

The original film, about three women whose lives are affected by Show business, starred Patty Duke and Sharon Tate.
