LOS ANGELES, June 25 (UPI) -- Destiny's Child, the R&B trio starring Beyoncé Knowles that split in 2002, has decided to regroup with a new album and U.S. TV performance.

Pepsi's TV special, hosted by Damon Wayans, will award one Pepsi drinker up to $1 billion.

Destiny Child's sixth album will hit stores in November, followed by a tour.

The trio's 2001 "Survivor" sold more than 8 million copies and earned the group a Grammy.

During the hiatus, Knowles became an international star, with a successful solo record, film roles and fashion line; Rowland released her own Grammy-nominated solo debut and starred in the horror film "Freddy vs. Jason"; Williams released two solo gospel albums and starred in Broadway's "Aida."
