LOS ANGELES, June 23 (UPI) -- Socialite Nicky Hilton and actress Bijou Phillips have been banned from an upscale Los Angeles restaurant for outrageous drunken behavior.

Il Sole owner Andy Hewitt has forbidden the young celebrities from returning to the restaurant after they bothered guests last week with their drunkenness and after Phillips flashed her breasts to patrons, World Entertainment News Network reported Wednesday.

"(Bijou) was drinking a lot and was just out of control. She disrupted the entire restaurant with her obnoxious behavior," one diner said. "(Bijou) was wearing a purple sheath dress and staggered around flashing patrons her breasts and squeezing them in front of a table of men. Word is that Bijou was told to never return."

Hilton is the sister of "The Simple Life's" Paris Hilton and heir to the hotel empire; Phillips is the star of "Bully."
