LOS ANGELES, June 22 (UPI) -- "Lord of the Rings'" star Liv Tyler and British rocker husband Royston Langdon are expecting their first child, E! Online reported Tuesday.
"Roy and I are both overjoyed and look forward to the arrival of our child," Tyler said.
The actress, who played Arwen, Aragorn's love, in the "Lord of the Rings" film trilogy, married Landon, former frontman and bassist for Spacehog, March 25, 2003, after a two-year engagement.
Tyler, daughter of Aerosmith's Steven Tyler, got her acting start by starring in Aerosmith's 1994 video "Crazy."
During the past decade, Tyler has starred in approximately 20 films, including the "Lord of the Rings" films, "That Thing You Do!" and "Armageddon."
Tyler has just finished filming "Lonesome Jim" with co-star Casey Affleck.
Langdon left Spacehog last year to pursue a solo career.
