DUBLIN, Ireland, June 9 (UPI) -- Pop star Britney Spears ignored U2 singer Bono's kids when she performed in Dublin, but doted on actor Colin Farrell's friends, it was reported Wednesday.
Spears refused to meet Bono's four children at last week's sold-out Dublin concert, Britain's Daily Mirror said.
"Britney was having none of it. She just point blank refused to meet them and they were very disappointed," a source said about Bono's children, "She made some excuse about being too tired. It's ridiculous if she thinks she's too important to meet the offspring of a legend like Bono."
Spears allegedly perked up when Farrell, her former beau, showed up.
"Some of Farrell's neighbors were there with their children and Britney had them ushered straight inside," the source said.
