NEW YORK, June 3 (UPI) -- Black Sabbath's original drummer Bill Ward has rejoined bandmates for the group's U.S. summer reunion despite news two weeks ago he had been replaced.

In a prior statement, Ward said he had been replaced by Mike Bordin when Black Sabbath reunites for OzzFest 2004 after receiving a contract that "allowed no room for negotiation," a situation that has been resolved, Billboard reported Thursday.

"You have the original Black Sabbath and the original Judas Priest," said Sharon Osbourne, tour organizer. "What more could you want?"

Ozzfest kicks off July 10 in Hartford, Conn., featuring Sabbath, Priest, Slipknot, Slayer, Hatebreed and Zakk Wylde's Black Label Society, among others.
