LAS VEGAS, May 18 (UPI) -- Singer Faith Hill has joined the ranks of Elton John, Gloria Estefan and Mariah Carey as one of the few artists to perform at Celine Dion's Las Vegas venue.

Hill, who has made few appearances since the release of her 2002 "Cry" project, is scheduled to perform Aug. 10-11 and Aug. 13-14 at the Colosseum at Las Vegas' Caesars Palace, Billboard.com reported Tuesday.

The Colosseum was built specifically for Dion's ongoing "A New Day" stage show.

Hill is working on a new CD, expected out in the fall.

The singer will make her feature film debut June 11 in "The Stepford Wives," alongside Nicole Kidman, Glenn Close, Bette Midler and Matthew Broderick.
