Expensive divorce for Jude Law

LONDON, May 17 (UPI) -- British actor Jude Law's estranged wife has asked for more than $17 million in their divorce settlement, including $35,000 per month for living expenses.

Sadie Frost, a French designer, has filed a divorce request seeking a lump sum of $8.75 million, ownership of their $8 million London home and a hefty monthly stipend, Hellomagazine.com reported Monday.

The couple, officially separated since last October, have three children: Rafferty, 7; Iris, 3; and Rudy, 18 months old.

Jude, who reportedly earned $10 million for starring in "Cold Mountain," lives a few streets away from his future ex-wife and children in London's trendy Primrose Hill.
