'Six Feet Under' set to return next month

HOLLYWOOD, May 14 (UPI) -- "Six Feet Under," the quirky U.S. series about a family of funeral directors is set to return on HBO June 13, just as "The Sopranos" wraps for the season.

The first three new episodes of the Emmy Award-winning show will air in a mini-marathon starting at 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 4, Zap2it.com said Friday.

The new season kicks off with an episode titled "Falling into Place," which finds Nate still dealing with wife Lisa's death as lovers David and Keith keep trying to start their relationship over, the Web site noted.

All of the show's regular actors return this season and the roster of returning guest stars includes Kathy Bates, Joanna Cassidy, Patricia Clarkson, Ben Foster, Richard Jenkins, Peter Macdissi, Justina Machado and Rainn Wilson.

Mena Suvari, Ellen DeGeneres, Veronica Cartwright and Michelle Trachtenberg will also appear on the series.
