Rob Zombie back with 'Devil's Rejects'

LOS ANGELES, April 28 (UPI) -- Rob Zombie has enlisted 1970s film scream queen P.J. Soles for "The Devil's Rejects," the White Zombies singer/songwriter's second film directing project.

Soles, who made a name for herself with "Carrie," "Halloween," and "Rock N Roll High School," will play Susan, a woman who, along with her young child, are violently carjacked by Capt. Spaulding from "House of 1000 Corpses," Zombie's first film, Roadrunner Records' Blabbermouth.net reported Wednesday.

"I'm all grown up and ready to scream again," Soles said.

The plot for "The Devil's Rejects," will center on the revenge-driven brother of slain Sheriff Wydell hunting down the family with a band of bounty hunters, the Web site said.

All original cast members reportedly have signed on for the sequel.
