The amount and terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The socialite appeared in the home-made porn film with Salomon three years ago and snippets circulated last year on the Internet.

"One Night in Paris," which will be released June 15, is approximately 45 minutes long and includes unseen footage of the Hilton and her former boyfriend having sex.

In addition, the footage also shows the sexy reality TV show star partying in a night club and video-taping herself in the bathroom, among other activities.

The tape will be available through distributors and on the Red Light District Video Web site at www.RLDV.com.
