MADRID, April 8 (UPI) -- Victoria Beckham has said her marriage is "fine" amid reports her British sports star hubby, David, had many affairs while in Madrid playing soccer.
"We are absolutely fine ... He's put the smile back on my face," the former Spice Girl said, Britain's Sun reported Thursday.
The celebrity couple vacationed this week at a ski resort in Courchevel, France, a reunion that coincided with published reports David Beckham had an affair with former assistant Rebecca Loos.
Beckham has been charged with having affairs with at least four more women since Loos' allegations became public, including Spanish supermodel Esther Canadas, Real Madrid team groupie Nuria Bermudez and a blonde woman that Beckham allegedly had sex with in the bathroom at Madrid's Cafe Budha, Britain's Mirror reported Thursday.
David Beckham returned to Madrid Wednesday, where his wife has said she will join him soon.
"I want to see David again as soon as possible," Victoria Beckham said in Britain's Mirror. "It will be just the two of us. It will be our private time."
