SEATTLE, March 27 (UPI) -- The Punk Voter Tour is set to begin its first "Rock Against Bush Tours!" in Seattle with more bookings to follow, according to founder Fat Mike.

Punkvoter.com -- a coalition of more than 200 of the nation's punk rock musicians and dozens of record labels -- has been uniting the punk community against the policies of the Bush administration.

The coalition wants to bring their issues onto the national political scene and mobilize young voters to take action.

The tour has dates in Portland, Ore.; Eugene, Ore.; Berkeley, Calif.; Santa Barbara, Calif.; San Luis Obispo, Calif.; Tempe, Ariz; and Las Vegas.

Other bands including Bouncing Souls, Avail, and Strike Anywhere also plan to Rock Against Bush in 2004.
