LONDON, March 19 (UPI) -- Actress and mother-of-two Kate Winslet revealed her first child was a Caesarean delivery and her second child was born via natural childbirth.
Winslet, whose latest movie is "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" with Jim Carrey, Elijah Wood and Kirsten Dunst, told Gotham magazine her second child was born naturally, without the use of drugs, the British newspaper the Mirror said.
The 28-year-old star of "Titanic" confided now was the time to "lay the ghosts to rest."
"Fourteen hours with no drugs at all, but then I had to have an epidural because I was so tired," she said of her latest experience. "It was an incredible birth."
Winslet's daughter Mia, 4, is by her first husband, Jim Threapleton. Her 11-month-old son, Joe, is the offspring of her second husband, Sam Mendes.
