HOLLYWOOD, March 8 (UPI) -- "Evil Dead Trilogy" star Bruce Campbell has a small role in "Spider-Man 2," Empire Magazine Online reported Monday.
Campbell, who is an icon to legions of B-movie fans, had a cameo in the first "Spider-Man" movie as the wrestling announcer who gave the web-slinging action hero his title.

Although he won't have much screen time in the second film either, Campbell insists his character, known only as "snooty usher," is an important one since he beats Spider-Man in some as-yet-undisclosed confrontation.
"In the first film I named him, in the second I defeat him, in the third I will probably play him!" he told fans.
