LOS ANGELES, March 5 (UPI) -- Ann-Margret stars as a feisty woman with failing eyesight who finds new meaning in life in Sunday's U.S. Hallmark Channel film "A Place Called Home."

"This is Tula's second chance at life and at love," Margret said in Friday's New York Post of her character, Tula Jeeters.

"It's never over if you've got the courage and the passion to go on. Like Tula discovers, you never know how much strength you have until, God forbid, something happens," she said. "Tula gets that second chance at life and love - and grabs it."

Gary Sandy, Hunter Tylo, Shailene Woodley and Matthew Settle also star in the film, which was filmed last summer in Lake Tahoe, Nev.

Margret continues combining her acting career with concerts and has recently wrapped a 40-city tour.

"I have this passionate side of me, and as long as I have that ... I'll stay in the industry," she said.
