NEW YORK, Feb. 24 (UPI) -- Random House is celebrating Dr. Seuss with a new biography of the children's book author, "The Suess, The Whole Suess, and Nothing But the Suess."

The 400-page book will be published on March 2, the "Seussentiennial" (100th birthday) of Theodor Seuss Geisel, creator of the classics "Cat in the Hat," "Green Eggs and Ham," "Horton Hears a Who," "Gerald McBoing Boing," and "How the Grinch Stole Christmas."

The biography by Charles Cohen has more than 700 high-quality images of Geisel's work and is subtitled "a visual biography." Cohen is a Massachusetts dentist and one of the world's foremost collectors of Dr. Seuss art, humor, posters, political cartoons and films.

"This book is really history as told through his own words and pictures," Cohen said. "It is a visual biography rather than a traditional one."
