CLEVELAND, Feb. 24 (UPI) -- A new musical featuring 50 of Disney's most beloved songs is set to debut in Cleveland, Ohio's Playhouse Square area, in November.

The producers of Disney's "On the Record" say the new show will premiere Nov. 9 at the Palace Theatre in Cleveland on Nov. 9, and then tour the United States.

"Boasting an incredibly diverse and gorgeous score, intimate staging and some fanciful Disney magic, we are sure that 'On the Record' will delight audiences of all ages all over North America," said Thomas Schumacher, producer of Disney Theatrical Productions, a division of The Walt Disney Company.

Added Schumacher, "With 'On the Record,' we hope to introduce an entire new generation to the music that has captured the hearts of people for the past 70 years, all performed live on stage with a talented group of singers, dancers and musicians."

The show will include songs from "The Little Mermaid," "Aladdin," "Tarzan," "The Hunchback of Notre Dame," "Sleeping Beauty," "Dumbo," "Peter Pan," "Pinocchio," "Lady and the Tramp," "Cinderella," and "Snow White."
